More than twenty schools joined our annual festival for International Mother Language Day. Students competed in debate, drama and poetry recitation — every single item delivered in Yorùbá — and the winners were announced at a colourful closing ceremony.

We thank the teachers, guest judges and every young performer who made the day memorable. Next year’s edition will be even bigger, with new categories for music and storytelling.
